Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat
Madekwe is from a multicultural family. Her birthplace was within South London. Her father is a Nigerian-Swiss, while her mother was English. Her family was raised on a south London council estate, and went to The Brit School at age 14. She studied acting in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. She was a part of various stages during her high school days, including the stage productions King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe got her start in acting by starring in a movie titled Storm Damage. Since then, she has been a guest star in Teachers, Doctors, Casualty as well as Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film came from that of the Woody Allen 2007 film Cassandra's Dream. She starred with Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. In the following film, she was the lead in Elisha in a BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In her role, she also played Ollie in the six episodes in the series Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. In 2008, she got Bambi's character on ITV2 Drama The Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was in the series 2 and 3. Madekwe made her US debut on the drama The Beautiful Life, which just aired two episodes for The CW before being cancelled. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge in February of 2011. Madekwe's exit from the series was officially announced in May of 2013. After two years as a main character, she made a guest performance in the opening episode of season 3. She played Tituba in the TV program Salem between 2014 and. Then, in June of 2012 Madekwe got married to her long-time partner actor Iddo Goldberg. In addition to Secret Diary of a Call Girl they have also worked with each other on Salem and Iddo Goldberg had an appearance with her on the show on TV.
Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into an extended family of. Her parents, Roy and Patty and the four brothers of her, Brett, Todd, and Bram and Bram, were present. Ashley was raised in the arenas and baseball parks since her four athletic brothers all played hockey and baseball as well as both during spring and summer. Ashley did not walk, but she danced, so at the age of two and a half she took up Baby Ballet -and she fell in love. Ashley became a dancer immediately. After graduating from the high school she attended, Ashley danced competitively in the highest divisions of ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, acrobatics, musical theatre, lyrical, and hip hop. Ashley took home the best soloist prize at each major dance contest, which included International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance among the few.
