Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British music producer and musician and. Harry Styles was one among the founders of One Direction. The band is based in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England Styles is the son of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school, together with his fellow classmates, formed a musical band called White Eskimo. In 2009 they participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their excellent presentations they won. He was always interested in music but also wanted to pursue a career as an attorney, physiotherapist or even a scout. Part-time work in a city bakery in his early occupation to make money for his family. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in 2010, and performed Is not She Lovely, an iconic Stevie Wonder song. He got selected. This is why his group had to separate. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who recommended Harry Styles to be part of a new group named One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in 2010. The group was backed by Cowell, and they were the first to sing Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. They were among the best contenders for the contest. They came third, just behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles was not the winner. Cowell was a millionaire as part of a deal for One Direction.
